  • Let us know if you have other plans so we can coordinate. Like coming in early, later,
    getting your own vehicle, etc.
    Housing:
  • Laupahoehoe:
o We will be able to camp in the park both Friday and Saturday, we will need
the names for everyone camping to put on the permit; captains please email
or text us with the names. Deadline is this week, Friday, May 15th. It will be a
busy weekend at the park, since it’s a 3-day weekend.
o We have the permit for the small pavilion by the boat ramp.

count for each day/meal. Deadline is this week, Friday, May 15th.
    Transportation:
  • Laupahoehoe:
o Working on getting three 15-PAX vans for Friday to Saturday. They will be

hazardous, like put down carpet or other means. The ramp is very rutted, gouged,
and has sharp concrete edges. It can also have a decent surge up and down the
    ramp.
  • Bring and wear booties for both Saturday and Sunday!
